What Is DNR System?

- Aug 27, 2018-

Dynamic Noise Reduction (DNR) System is a non-complementary or single-ended noise reduction system that processes only during playback. It does not require pre-coding of the sound signal. It can reduce the noise in the signal. Usually, the noise reduction is 10 to 14bB. The advantage is that the compatibility is excellent. DNR does not need any processing during recording. The noise reduction process is completed during playback, so it can reduce noise for all common audio tapes and audio signals, even in non-audio. It can also be used in signal systems and data transmission systems to reduce the noise floor of the system.
