What Is the Resonant Frequency of the Speaker?

- Jul 18, 2018-

The resonant frequency is the lowest frequency that the speaker can reproduce, and it is related to the size of the speaker.

The resonant frequency of the woofer generally decreases with the increase of its aperture. The resonant frequency of the 6in (in=0.0254m) woofer is about 50HZ, and the resonant frequency of the 8in (in=0.0254m) woofer is about 40HZ, 10in. The resonant frequency of the woofer is about 30HZ, and the resonant frequency of the 12in woofer is about 20HZ.

The resonant frequency is an important parameter that determines the low-frequency characteristics of the speaker. The lower the value, the better the texture and strength of the speaker's playback bass.
