What Is Simulated Stereo?

- Jun 21, 2018-

Simulated stereo is also known as pseudo stereo, or analog stereo. Using electronic or acoustic methods, the mono signal is artificially divided into two output signals with a certain sound level difference or time difference, so that the listener produces illusions that are more or less equivalent to stereo sound. Simulated stereo is an early stereo product. Although it is less effective than true stereo, it is much better than a mono system, and it is much simpler than a real stereo system.
