What Is Integrated Circuit Power Amplifier?

- Jun 22, 2018-

An integrated circuit power amplifier is a power amplifier that uses an integrated circuit (IC) as a signal amplifying device. Features are high reliability, good consistency, simple peripheral circuits, easy assembly, high SNR, and complete protection functions (such as thermal protection and load short-circuit protection). The disadvantage is that the conversion rate is low and the sound quality is slightly inferior to discrete component power amplifiers.
