What Is Input Impedance?

- Jul 02, 2018-

The input impedance is the ratio of the voltage at the input of the device to the current. Audio equipment requires the input impedance to be as large as possible so that when used as a rear-end device, it will not adversely affect the output of the previous stage when it is connected to the preceding equipment.
