What Is Equal-loudness Curve?

The equal-loudness curve is the human listening characteristic curve, which is a curve reflecting the psychological and physiological factors of human voice amplitude range. The sound pressure levels corresponding to different frequencies on each curve are not the same, but the human ear feels a response. Similarly, it is called the equal-loudness curve. Each curve is marked with a number, which is the unit of loudness. It can be known from the equal-loudness curve family. When the volume is small, the human ear feels insufficient bass and bass, and when the volume is loud, the sense of bass and bass is sufficient and people are sensitive to the amount of sound between 2 and 4 KHz.
