What Is Crystal Oscillator?

- Aug 13, 2018-

The effect of a crystal oscillator is that the initial clock frequency occurs. This frequency becomes a different bus frequency in the computer after being expanded or reduced by the frequency generator. Taking a sound card as an example, to complete the sampling of the analog signal 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz, it is necessary for the frequency generator to supply a clock frequency of 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz. If the demand supports these two kinds of audio together, the sound card needs two crystals.
