Tone Adjustment Technique – Viola

- Sep 05, 2018-

150 to 300 Hz is the main pitch frequency of the viola. If this frequency band is raised, the loudness of the tone will be enhanced, and the intensity of the tone will be correspondingly larger.

3-6 kHz is the frequency band representing the intensity of the viola sound, that is, the frequency of the middle and high frequency overtones, which is the frequency band representing the individual expression of the timbre. If this band is full, the clarity, transparency, and resolution of the tone will increase.
